Common error messages and how to resolve them.
Credit Errors
| Error | Fix |
|---|
| "Insufficient credits. Need X, have Y." | Reduce scope (fewer models/prompts), wait for credit reset, or upgrade your plan |
| "Insufficient credits. Another run may have consumed them." | A concurrent run used your remaining credits. Wait for it to finish (failed responses are refunded). |
| "No active subscription." | Go to Settings > Billing to set up or renew your subscription |
Plan Restrictions
| Error | Fix |
|---|
| "Models not available on your plan: [names]" | Those models are in a higher tier than your plan allows. Remove them or upgrade. |
| "Overage is only available on the Pro plan" | Upgrade to Pro to enable overage billing |
Run State Errors
| Error | Meaning |
|---|
| "Can only retry failed, cancelled, action_required, or completed runs" | The run is still in progress. Wait for it to finish. |
| "Can only resume runs that require action" | Resume is only for Action Required runs. Use Retry instead. |
| "Only completed runs can be set as baseline" | Wait for the run to complete before setting it as baseline. |
Import Errors
